Before launching Avero Capital, I co-founded a commercial real estate bridge lending business - and scaled it to a $1.2M EBITDA exit.
That journey gave me first-hand experience in building teams, implementing systems and processes, and navigating high-stakes negotiations.
A few years later, I considered buying another business through the self-funded search model - but like many searchers, I hit a wall: questionable valuations, equity gaps,
